The City of Des Peres is a great place to live, work, shop, and raise a family. The City is embarking on an update to its Comprehensive Plan, which was last updated in 2015. The City’s plan will guide land use and will establish a framework for future decisions related to transportation, economic development, housing, infrastructure, community services, and community character.

The i5Group is leading the planning process with support from the Lochmueller Group, Community & Economic Development Solutions, and Saint Louis University Community Planning Lab.
