Woodson Terrace Comprehensive Plan

As the front door to Lambert Airport and in close proximity to job centers such as Boeing, Woodson Terrace is well positioned to capitalize on upcoming investments by Lambert Airport and MoDOT to I-70 and Woodson Road, and to leverage a new vision for the community.

The i5Group has led an update to the City’s comprehensive plan that is expected to be adopted in 2026. The new Comprehensive Plan is organized around the following principles:

• Be the Gateway to Lambert Airport to Drive Economic Development

• A Transportation Network that Connects Residents and Visitors to Regional and Local Opportunities

• Neighborhoods That Support Residents at All Life Stages and Aligns With the City’s Role as an Airport Gateway Community

• A Connected and Visible Park System Centered on John Brown Park

• Proactive, Service Oriented City Government

An advisory committee of residents, businesses, and property owners has guided the planning process.
